Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, except for any made to order items, which may take a bit longer.
We use Sendle, who are a 100% carbon neutral courier company, on all our domestic shipments. Typical shipping times are between 1-3 business days to capital cities, and 5-7 business days to regional Australia.
On the odd occasion, we may use Australia Post for orders dependant on the location and size.
Shipping is free for all orders over $90 , this will automatically be applied at checkout. Any orders below $90 is charged at a flat fee of $12.
International Shipping
If you live Internationally and would like to place an order, please reach out first to hello@thisissomeday.com.au and let us know the following:

We can then obtain a shipping quote for you before proceeding with your order.
*Please note free shipping over AUD$90 does not apply to addresses outside of Australia.
Lost Parcels
If your order has not been delivered when it says it has, please follow the steps on the Missing Parcel Enquiry section on Sendle’s website.
Please also email hello@thisissomeday.com.au and let us know that your order is missing, so we can follow through with a resolution, once Sendle has completed their investigation.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, we are happy to accept returns (minus the shipping fee). Please ensure you get in touch 48 hours after you receive the order, so we can discuss next steps.
The product needs to be returned in an unused state and in the original packaging.
As we are a small business, please know that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that there are no returns on items purchased with a discount code or from a sale.
