Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, except for any made to order items, which may take a bit longer.

We use Australia Post for our orders.

Typical shipping times are between 1-3 business days to capital cities, and 5-7 business days to regional Australia. 

Shipping is free for all orders over $110 , this will automatically be applied at checkout.

Free Express Shipping will be activated once your order is over $240.

Any orders below $110 is charged at a flat fee of $12 for standard shipping or you can choose to upgrade to express shipment for $20.

Free local pick up is available from Brunswick East, VIC. Address will be emailed once your order is ready to collect.

Lost Parcels

If your order has not been delivered when it says it has, please follow the steps on the Missing Parcel Enquiry section on Sendle’s website.

Please also email hello@thisissomeday.com.au and let us know that your order is missing, so we can follow through with a resolution, once Sendle has completed their investigation.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, we are happy to accept returns (minus the shipping fee). Please ensure you get in touch 48 hours after you receive the order, so we can discuss next steps.

The product needs to be returned in an unused state and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

As we are a small business, please know that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  

Once the product is returned and meets the above criteria, a refund will be processed within 2 business days on our side.

Please note that there are no returns on items purchased with a discount code or from a sale.
