Domestic Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, except made-to-order items, which may take longer.

Shipping is via Australia Post or Transdirect. Typical delivery times are 1–3 business days to capital cities, and 5–7 business days to regional Australia.

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $110, applied automatically at checkout. Free express shipping applies to orders over $240.

Orders under $110 are charged a flat rate of $12 for standard shipping, or $20 for express.

Free local pickup is available from Brunswick East, VIC. Collection details are emailed once your order is ready.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns, minus the original shipping fee. Please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can discuss next steps.

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. As a small business, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once a returned item meets these conditions, refunds are processed within 2 business days.

Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale are not eligible for return.
