Candle Care

Scented Soy Candle

  • Never leave the candle unattended

  • Place on a heat-resistant surface

  • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight

  • Avoid moving the candle while lit

  • Burn to the edge of the vessel on the first light

  • Recentre the wick as needed, to prevent uneven heating of the vessel

  • Trim the wick before each burn

  • Avoid burning for extended periods, as this may cause overheating

  • Discontinue use once 1.5cm of wax remains

Beeswax Candle

Beeswax candles will naturally bloom over time, a white film that appears on the surface, caused by the absence of additives in the wax. This is a normal part of pure beeswax and doesn't affect how the candle burns.

To remove it, wipe gently with a damp cloth. Bloom will gradually return after a few weeks, as it's part of the wax's natural behaviour.

When burning, always use a candlestick holder or pillar plate. Due to the shape of our candles, some dripping is likely, a holder or plate will catch the wax and protect your surfaces.
